Oxygen and impurities are removed from nitrogen through the use of a kind of special deoxidization catalyst, and then the deoxidization catalyst is regenerated by the use of hydrogenation. CAW nitrogen purification system produce high purity nitrogen up to specification:
Remnant oxygen ≤ 1ppm
Dew point ≤ 65oC
Remnant hydrogen ≤ 2ppm.
