Lower purity nitrogen enters hydrogen blending vessel then flow into deoxidization equipment where oxygen and impurities are removed through the use of catalyst and then desiccant dryer to remove water to certain level.
CAY nitrogen purification system can produce high purity nitrogen with specifications of:

Dew point ≤-650C
Remnant hydrogen ≤2000ppm
